The people building the ecosystem
SPIRAL UP® began as a framework created by Christophe Martinot. Together with Carlos Albiol, he co-founded the SPIRAL UP® Alliance to build a global ecosystem of practitioners, partners, organizations, and educators committed to helping people, teams, and organizations grow through change.

Different paths. A shared insight.
SPIRAL UP® grew from our professional experience supporting people, teams and organizations through change. But the idea behind SPIRAL UP® Click was also shaped by something more personal.
We each followed a different path to define our next professional chapter.
Our circumstances and experiences were not the same. But both journeys invited us to pause and look more clearly at what had shaped us, the strengths we could build on, what mattered to us and where we wanted to direct our energy next.
That clarity did not give us every answer. It helped each of us recognize the next meaningful move.
Different paths can lead to the same realization: clarity changes how we move forward.
Reflecting on our different journeys led to a shared question: could more people have a structured way to pause, understand where they are and turn greater clarity into purposeful action?
That question helped shape SPIRAL UP® Click.
