The experience combines guided individual work, digital tools, structured feedback and two online group sessions of 2 hours each guided by a SPIRAL UP® facilitator. Register first, then choose the Session 1 date that fits you best. There is no fixed start date. Sessions run in English, Spanish and French. Individual coaching can be purchased separately.

SPIRAL UP® Click grew out of the founders' own turning points. Each of them had to stop, look honestly at where they were and decide what should come next.
They built Click so others can do the same, with structure instead of guesswork.

Questions before you start
- What can I expect from Click?
- A guided journey that gives you a SPIRAL UP® Snapshot, SPIRAL UP® 3D, SPIRAL UP® Compass, a pulse after six months and the SPIRAL UP® community. Click gives you enough clarity to decide and move forward; it does not promise employment or a complete life transformation.
- Is individual coaching included?
- No. Individual coaching is available separately and is not part of the €390 program fee.
- How do the group workshops work?
- The experience includes two online group sessions of 2 hours each, guided by a SPIRAL UP® facilitator. Register first, then choose the Session 1 date that fits you best in your workspace; there is no fixed start date. Sessions run in English, Spanish and French. You can move to another standard available date free of charge, and a missed session can be completed on another available date at no extra cost.
- Is Click a certification?
- No. Click is designed to help individuals gain clarity and move forward. The SPIRAL UP® Practitioner Accreditation is a separate journey, with its own purpose and requirements, for professionals who want to apply the SPIRAL UP® methodology when supporting individuals, teams or organizations.
- How long do I keep access?
- You have 12 months of access to your workspace, your results and your materials from the date of purchase.
- Can I cancel or transfer my place?
- As a consumer you may have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. After that period we do not refund a change of mind; your statutory rights are always unaffected. A purchase can be transferred to another person before the journey begins — once you start the assessment, send feedback invitations or enter personal content, your Click becomes personal and non-transferable. - Is SPIRAL UP® Click suitable for recent graduates?
- Yes. Click is for anyone shaping their next professional chapter — from graduates choosing their first direction to experienced professionals rethinking theirs. The Snapshot looks at how you acted over the last three months while defining that chapter, whether through studies, internships or work.
- How much time does it take?
- About 15 minutes for the self-assessment, a few minutes to invite the people who will share their perspective, and two online group sessions of 2 hours each. You choose your Session 1 date after registering.
