Certification with no upfront fee
We finance your certification, so money is never the reason you don't start.
Qualify at €0 upfront
You train, set up your platform workspace and, on the Individual and Combined tracks, live the method through SPIRAL UP® Click, without paying anything.
Deliver and repay as you go
Each time you release a paid client report, a small extra contribution goes toward your certification balance.
Standard rates for good
Once the balance is cleared, the extra stops. No lock-in, no deadline, no upfront cheque.
You collect your fees directly from your clients. You pay SPIRAL UP® only with prepaid credits, when you release a report. No monthly fee, no subscription.
Certification is worth €1,490 (Individual), €2,490 (Team) or €3,490 (Combined), and we finance all of it. You repay it through a small extra contribution on each paid report. About 38 Clickers clear an Individual certification; about 10 teams clear a Team certification. Then standard rates apply for good.

Practitioner certification FAQ
All tracks
Do I need to be a certified coach to apply?
No. We look for solid, proven experience coaching, facilitating or consulting with leaders and teams. A recognised coaching credential (ICF, EMCC or similar) is a plus, not a requirement.
How long does certification take?
Most practitioners are ready to deliver within 6 to 8 weeks of selection. Training is live, online and in small groups. Individual and Combined practitioners first live SPIRAL UP® Click as participants, free of charge. Every track then trains on facilitation, reports and the platform.
How much does it cost?
Nothing upfront. Certification is worth €1,490 to €3,490 depending on the track, and we finance it. You repay it through a small extra contribution each time you release a paid client report. Once the balance is cleared, you move to standard rates.
How do I get paid?
Your clients pay you directly, through your own payment link. You buy credits from SPIRAL UP® to release their reports. Credits never expire.
Can I set my own prices?
SPIRAL UP® Click has one price everywhere: €390 per participant. That keeps the offer clear for clients. You are free to sell your own coaching, workshops and consulting around it.
Can I keep my own brand and my clients?
Yes. You run your independent practice and own your client relationships. SPIRAL UP® provides the framework, the platform and your public profile.
Can I use my own coaching approaches and tools?
Yes. How you accompany your clients around the SPIRAL UP® journey is your decision. You can bring the approaches you already master, such as ORSC, Insights Discovery or your own coaching model. The SPIRAL UP® diagnostic, reports and session designs stay as they are, so every client gets the same reliable core.
How many participants do I need to run SPIRAL UP® Click?
A SPIRAL UP® Click group needs at least 4 participants.
In which languages can I deliver?
You can deliver SPIRAL UP® in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. Need another language for your clients? Tell us: we are happy to translate SPIRAL UP® when there is a real need.
What happens if I stop?
You can pass your participants to another practitioner. They are informed and can choose, within 14 days, to continue directly with SPIRAL UP® instead. Nobody is left without support.
Does applying guarantee acceptance or clients?
No. We review every application for mutual fit. Your public profile helps clients find you, but it does not guarantee clients or income.
Team Practitioners
What does a Team Practitioner deliver?
SPIRAL UP® Flow: a baseline team assessment, a team workshop on the results, and regular pulses to track progress. SPIRAL UP® Zoom, focused on how each person contributes to the team, is coming next.
What kind of teams can I work with?
Leadership teams, product teams, functional and project teams: any group that shares goals and works together. SPIRAL UP® Flow works best with teams of 5 to 15 people. Larger groups can run as connected teams.
How much does a team pay?
€2,500 per team for the baseline assessment and the first pulse. The price is the same with every practitioner. Further pulses are sold in packs of two. A pack costs €2,000.
What do I pay SPIRAL UP®?
You pay with prepaid credits when you launch a team assessment and when you add a pulse pack. We walk you through the numbers in your fit conversation.
How is the Team certification repaid?
The Team certification is worth €2,490, and we finance it. You repay it through a small extra contribution on each team release. About 10 teams clear the balance.
Who sees the team results?
The team sees collective results on its dashboard and in the team report. Results are shown at team level: nobody, including the leader or sponsor, sees an individual's answers. Leaders and sponsors see the team insights the team has agreed to share.
Do I need to be an agile coach?
No. You need solid experience facilitating teams: as an agile coach, Scrum Master, team coach or organizational development consultant, for example.
Can I combine SPIRAL UP® Flow with my own consulting?
Yes. SPIRAL UP® Flow gives you a clear starting point and a way to measure progress. You keep selling your own team coaching, workshops and transformation work around it.
I'm an Individual Practitioner. Can I add the Team track later?
Yes. You become a Combined Practitioner: the €2,000 difference is added to your financed balance, and you complete the Team training. Still nothing upfront.
