Carlos Albiol is the co-founder of Click Partners, a leadership facilitator and coach. After a long corporate career at Sanofi — from commercial roles to Customer Engagement and Head of Transformation for Iberia — he now helps leaders, teams and professionals in transition turn change into clarity and direction. He co-develops and delivers the SPIRAL UP® methodology and platform. Based in Barcelona, he works with clients worldwide, both online and in person, combining real-world transformation experience, practical tools and a deeply human approach, in Spanish, English and Catalan.
